At Floreva, every order is packed with care — from our facility to your doorstep. Whether you’ve ordered hanging plants, flower plants, planters, or botanical décor, we do our best to ensure your items arrive safely, securely, and ready to bring life to your space.
🚚 Delivery Options & Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the size or weight of your order.
- Standard Delivery: ~4 working days
- Express Delivery: ~3 working days
- Priority Delivery: ~2 working days
📍 Delivery times may vary for remote or rural locations.
📦 Packaging & Handling
Every Floreva order is:
- Carefully packed using protective materials to help prevent transit damage
- Securely sealed to keep items safe and presentable on arrival
- Handled with care to help ensure your plants and décor pieces arrive in excellent condition
🎁 Sending a gift?
You may be able to add a personalized message or choose gift-style packaging at checkout, where available.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped together unless requested otherwise.
📅 Delivery Schedule
Delivery Days: Monday to Friday
No Deliveries: Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays
Order Cut-Off Time
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM ship the same business day
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM ship the next business day

- Remote Areas: Additional delivery time or extra charges may apply
- Missed Deliveries: Redelivery charges may apply if delivery attempts are unsuccessful
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue promptly
